This blog is about England - the history, traditions and culture of this ancient and fascinating place. Sometimes, of course, posts will touch on aspects of Welsh, Scottish, Irish and European history as well; no country is an island, divided from the main, and the bell that tolls for England, frequently tolls equally for Wales.
I just wanted to say ~ wow ! Congratulations on a fantastic site. It must have taken you forever to research and put up all this information, it is formidable.
